Project area:4200㎡

Symmetry has been the signature of Chinese beauty since ancient times. Step up the stairs of the ancient palace like front hall of Zhongshuge, visitors will be greated with bookshelves that are arranged symmetrically along the oval mirror surface. The bookshelves full of lines divide the entire space evenly. In the reading area, the designer inlaid oval window holes on the bookshelves and created a deep and orderly beautiful array of visual corridors. The staircase elements symbolizing the path of knowledge are constructed as crescent-shaped bookshelf. Climb to the peak of knowledge along the stairs, the grid-shaped bookshelves and steps are just like the flowing waterfall on the mountain of books.
At the heart of Zhongshuge, the hexagonal shaped atrium is raised from the basement floor to the ceiling of the first floor. The trapezoidal atrium space design not only perfectly wraps the shear wall, but also leaves a viewing area for consumers on the basement and the first floor. The use of mirror ceiling and the design of column-style bookshelves with beautiful outline stretches the sense of depth of the space.
Entering the coffee area is like stepping into a realistic Tetris game. Black and white boxes are stacked to form bookshelves, seats, and desks, which complement each other. The designer only uses geometric block elements to organize the division and function of the entire space, and creates rich layers and visual changes with simple cuboid boxes.
Different from the overall calm and elegant color scheme of Zhongshuge, the color of the functional area on the second floor is more dreamy and soft.
The green and fluffy children’s reading area brings the cool texture of the cave and the comfortable reading experience like a blanket. Zibo's karst caves are uniquely endowed with exquisite natural landscapes and rich ancient cultural relics. The designer strives to integrate culture into the space, with scattered upholstered seats surrounded by bookshelves, and streamlined stalactites with jagged textures, simulating a unique karst cave landform. The arc-shaped bookshelf forms a rainbow shape. The dreamy colors allow the beautiful scenery to stay for a long time, and the seats hidden in the arc welcome consumers to stay for a long time.
The designer draws with concise geometric lines and shapes, and transforms the signature elements of Zibo cultures such as ancient chariots and horses, human-faced copper axe and modern landmark buildings, into children's bookshelves. In the semi-enclosed handcraft area, the fresh macaron tone endows traditional cultural symbols with a brand-new temperament.
In the cultural classroom and tea culture display area on the sixth floor, the delicate striped boards are like the continuous rain curtain in the spring tea season. The elegant wooden structure conveys oriental aesthetics with its warm texture.
Zhongshuge surrounded by the ancient Haidai Building, which is a blend of fashion and oriental temperament. The poetic space under conflicting aesthetics brings consumers a strong spiritual shock and aesthetic feeling. The rational planning of moving line and functional area division bring consumers a more comfortable experience. The design that resonates with the pulse of Zibo, a famous historical city, not only conveys the cultural value of the brand, but also creates a signature city landmark.
